Just because I am a physical therapist doesn't mean that I never have pain. I have back pain, mostly in the mornings. This stiffness makes me a little slow moving first thing when I wake up. I use this program to "work the kinks out".
I use this program to keep my pelvis from "going out" and keep my core strong. I ride huge powerful horses that throw their power to me in their turns, so if I am not strong - I will literally get left in the dirt.
When I am strong and in good alignment, I can ride more confident and aggressive, which means I am more likely to make it to the pay window.
